CINCINNATI – A man intentionally crashed his car into another car filled with children in an attempt to hurt the passengers in both, police said.
Maurice Stallworth, who turned 22 Thursday, was driving on Harrison Avenue when said “I’ll kill us all” and then rammed the 2001 Honda Accord into a 2005 Chrysler 300 in an attempt to hurt a 19-year-old woman riding with him and five people in the Chrysler Sunday, police said in affidavits.
The occupants of the Chrysler Stallworth rammed included four children, ages 7, 10, 11, and 16, as well as a 36-year-old driver, according to police reports.
Stallworth then crashed his vehicle into a utility pole in another attempt to hurt his passenger, police said.
Police arrested Stallworth Wednesday. He was charged with six counts of felonious assault.
