CINCINNATI -- A homeless man was found by a K-9 unit in the ceiling of a church after he broke in and attempted to steal multiple items, according to police.
Rodger Baker, 35, busted a stained-glass window on the first floor of Covenant-First Presbyterian Church on Sunday, police said.
Once inside, Baker compiled numerous items to take from the church. He attempted to hide in the ceiling when he saw police, but he was found by a K-9 unit.
Baker is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
