CINCINNATI -- A man died after he slammed his car into a concrete wall of Lytle Tunnel early Friday morning, according to Sgt. Michael Hudepohl.
Jordan Hill, 27, was driving his 2007 Ford Fusion southbound on Interstate 71 when he exited
onto the 3rd Street ramp and struck a concrete wall at 12:16 a.m., Hudepohl said.
Hill’s injuries were life-threatening, and first responders transported him to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
He died Friday afternoon.
Police said excessive speed appears to be a factor in the crash. Whether Hill was impaired is unknown at this time.
The Traffic Unit is investigating the crash, and any witnesses should call 513-352-2514.
