CINCINNATI – A small playground and vegetable garden may be on the chopping block for a new housing development in Over-the-Rhine, pushing out what some residents say is an important community asset.
But others see it as a trouble spot that needs to be eliminated.
Muddying the waters: The land is in an area that is claimed by both Mt. Auburn and Over-the-Rhine community councils.
