CINCINNATI -- An off-duty sheriff's deputy was involved in a crash on W. Pete Rose Way late Saturday, Cincinnati police said.
The deputy had been working a detail at Saturday night's Cincinnati Reds game before the crash.
He was hospitalized with injuries to his ankle and was scheduled to undergo surgery Sunday.
Police didn't immediately provide further details.
