CINCINNATI -- If you regular Mount Lookout, maybe you've noticed the big yellow feet at the intersection of Griest Street and Grace Street.
Neighbors said the feet showed up about two weeks ago, and discussion has mostly transpired online on the Nextdoor website. This discussion has sparked some interesting theories. Some people said they think it's a way to slow drivers down. Others are worried that it's a gang sign.
