CINCINNATI -- Powerful storms and flooding across Greater Cincinnati left more than 11,000 Duke Energy customers without power Wednesday night.
Although the severe weather began around 4 and had subsided by 7, the damage left in its wake -- flooded roads, collapsed walls and fallen trees -- could take days to fully assess and repair. Initially, Duke's outage map showed over 22,000 households left in the dark.
