CINCINNATI — Police have arrested and charged a man for the assault death of an East Price Hill man, police announced Friday.
Police arrested and charged 32-year-old Ryen Waller with murder on Thursday for the death of 44-year-old Horacio Domingo Perez.
Perez died last week after being assaulted near the 900 block of McPherson Ave. Perez was unresponsive suffering a head injury when police arrived on scene. Firefighters transported Perez to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he died.
Waller is being held at the Hamilton County Justice center.
