CINCINNATI – Two people were shot in their legs Sunday night.
The victims, a 20-year-old woman and a 22-year-old man, were hit when someone shot at the car they were riding in on State Avenue in Lower Price Hill, police said.The car crashed after the shooting.
Both victims were driven to University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
The woman was undergoing surgery. The man’s condition was stable.
