CINCINNATI — Hamilton County Sheriff Jim Neil reported Wednesday that 38-year-old George Anthony Johnson is being charged with two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.
Members of the Regional Electronics & Computer Investigations department, comprised of investigators with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office and Cincinnati Police Department, began investigating Johnson after they received a tip from the nationwide task-force Internet Crimes Against Children.
Johnson was arrested Wednesday, and an investigation of his internet activities is still ongoing, according to a press release from officials.
Both charges Johnson faces are fourth-degree felonies.
