CINCINNATI — NORWOOD, Ohio — Police arrested a man who had escaped from the Talbert House Monday afternoon.
Norwood police arrested Larry Isbel at 2 a.m. on Thursday in the area of 1900 Elm Ave.
According to a news release, Isbel, 48, broke out of a third-floor window and lowered himself to the ground before fleeing on foot.
Isbel is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center, where he will face additional charges.
