Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood's Cincinnati world tour sells out

CINCINNATI -- Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood's world tour in Cincinnati sold out three shows in less than two hours Friday morning after adding the third show to accommodate fans. 

The Tri-State's last chance to see the Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood as it rolls into the Queen City will be at 7 p.m. Jan. 27, 2017, at U.S. Bank Arena. The two other shows are also at 7 p.m. Jan. 28 and Jan. 29. 

Tickets for the country duo's performance will go on sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 18. Customers will be limited to buying eight tickets per purchase. Tickets can only be purchased at the website here or by calling Ticketmaster Express at (866) 448-7849 or (800) 745-3000. Please note there will be no ticket sales at the venue box office or Ticketmaster outlets on Nov. 18.

Tickets will cost $62.69 plus $2.04 tax, a $4.00 facility fee and a $6.25 service charge for a total of $74.98.

Garth Brooks just won Entertainer of the Year at last week's CMA Awards for a fifth time, a first for any artist. He is also the first artist in history to receive seven Diamond awards for the now seven albums certified by the RIAA at more than 10 million album sales each and remains the No. 1 selling solo artist in U.S. history certified by the RIAA with more than 138 million album sales. He has received every accolade the recording industry can bestow on an artist. Garth has been inducted into the International Songwriters Hall of Fame in New York, the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, the Country Music Hall of Fame and most recently, the Musicians Hall of Fame.

Garth is currently on the three-year Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood. The tour began with 11 sold-out shows at the Allstate Arena in Chicago. In two years, the tour is approaching 5 million tickets sold, making it the biggest tour in the world.

Recently Garth launched Inside Studio G, a weekly Facebook Live series that will give fans a behind-the-scenes look at the making of his next album. It airs at 7 p.m. every Monday on Brooks' Facebook page.
