Teen indicted in man's shooting death

CINCINNATI – A grand jury indicted a teenager on charges that he fatally shot an unregistered cab passenger last year.

Eric Dean, then 16, shot at the cab in East Westwood in May of 2015, striking 23-year-old passenger Reginald Parker Jr., according to police.

Parker died from his injuries at the hospital.

Dean was charged with aggravated murder, murder, three counts of felonious assault, having weapons while under disability and tampering with evidence.
