CINCINNATI -- Police arrested a second suspect in the fatal shooting of an East Walnut Hills man.
Police arrested Shere Cunningham, 36, on Thursday on murder charges in the Oct. 6 shooting of 58-year-old Gregory Jackson. Authorities indicted Cunningham on murder charges on Oct. 24.
Cunningham, along with Clarice Williams, 50, are accused of shooting Jackson at about 1:19 a.m. near the 2600 block of Victory Parkway. Jackson was declared dead at the scene.
Police arrested Williams on Oct. 9.
Cunningham pleaded not guilty on Friday. A magistrate set her bond at $1 million.
