CINCINNATI -- A mother and daughter were arrested Tuesday in connection with a murder-for-hire case that deputies believed had targeted a Hamilton County man.

The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office announced in a press release that it was investigating a case of conspiracy to commit murder and believed Jimmy Dean Wilson, 45, was the target; Wilson spent much of the day missing before deputies located him and took him to a district office for questioning.

Constance Baldrick, 56, and Lashawn Jump, 35, were arrested Tuesday and charged with conspiracy to commit murder. The pair will appear in court Nov. 18.

According to court documents, Jump met with a hired killer to plan the murder, pay for it and give specific instructions about how she wanted Wilson to be killed.
