CINCINNATI -- Crossroads' beloved Christmas show is coming back.
“Awaited” will once again be a Christmas tradition for hundreds of thousands of Tri-Staters when it premieres at the Aronoff Center for the Arts next December.
Crossroads announced in 2017 it was canceling “Awaited,” the church’s unique rendition of the birth of Jesus Christ. The show had run for over 10 years in Cincinnati, and over 100,000 people saw the 2016 show.
Senior Pastor Brian Tome said church officials jumped at the opportunity to have the show in a venue that could accommodate the production and the crowds.
“Awaited” will be at the Aronoff Dec. 20-23, 2019. Pre-sale tickets go on sale from Dec. 17-23, 2018.
