CINCINNATI -- Traffic was at a standstill for nearly an hour Monday morning on the Brent Spence Bridge that carries I-71 and I-75 over the Ohio River into Northern Kentucky after a semitractor-trailer sideswiped two cars.
Two people had minor injuries including cuts and shoulder pain.
