CINCINNATI — On June 21, Cincinnati Police said one man was shot dead in Mt. Auburn in the early morning hours.
CPD said District Four officers responded to reports of a person shot somewhere in the 200 block of McGregor Avenue around 1:30 a.m. Officers found the shooting victim, 37-year-old Christopher Metz, who was then transported to University Hospital, where he died of his injuries.
On July 20, Cincinnati Police announced they arrested and charged 19-year-old Nicholas Metz with the murder.
