CINCINNATI — Two separate crashes overnight involving officers with the Cincinnati Police Department resulted in at least one arrest.
The first crash happened after midnight, when an officer was working a detail near the construction site on east I-74 near the Colerain Avenue exit.
A driver hit the officer's cruiser, but no one was seriously injured. The driver was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
The second crash happened a few hours later on south I-75 near Paddock Road. There were no injuries reported from this crash, and the driver of the other vehicle was cited, according to police.
Both crashes have since been cleaned up.
