CINCINNATI -- Cincinnati Police announced Tuesday that 50-year-old Jerome Johnson was located safely after he was missing for more than three weeks.
Police said Johnson was last spotted leaving an area hospital last Tuesday, Nov. 10, but family members had not heard from Johnson since Oct. 28.
