CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Police are searching for a critically missing woman.
Kiara Champion, 30, was last seen in the 5900 block of Vine St. in Elmwood. She was wearing black pants, black Jordan shoes and a white t-shirt. The 5-foot, 3-inch-tall woman has brown eyes, black hair, and weighs roughly 145 poinds. She has a cheetah tattoo on her right lower leg, and a rose tattoo.
According to police, Champion has impaired cognitive development, and suffers from poor mental health.
