Cincinnati Police officer arrested for theft and unauthorized use of property

CINCINNATI — A Cincinnati Police officer has been arrested and charged with theft in office, a fourth degree felony, and unauthorized use of property, a fifth degree felony, according to CPD spokesperson Stephen Saunders.

Saunders said officer Cynthia Suiter was arrested on Monday, Oct. 12.

Her police powers have been suspended and the criminal investigation is still active, according to officials.
