Cincinnati police looking for 'critical missing' man in 'poor mental health'

CINCINNATI -- Police are looking for a missing man who is in “poor mental health” and could harm himself, according to Cincinnati police.

Police said 62-year-old Stephen Spraul, of Avondale, was last seen when he left his home on Vernon Place on Sunday.

Spraul is a white man with gray hair and brown eyes. He is 5’11’’ and 190 pounds. The right side of his face is partially paralyzed.

Spraul drives a white Hyundai Accent with Ohio plates GJB3794. Spraul’s family believes he may be driving to Glen Arbor, Michigan or Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
