CINCINNATI — A high-ranking officer in the Cincinnati Police Department has had his policing powers suspended.
Capt. Mike Savard's policing powers were suspended Friday, department spokesman Lt. Steve Saunders said. He wouldn't say more about the suspension or the reason for it.
Savard is the head of the Special Services Section, which includes traffic, motorcycles and K-9s, among other things.
