CINCINNATI -- A woman was shot and killed Friday night in the city's Carthage neighborhood.
According to Lt. Steve Saunders, officers were called to Andy’s Cafe, a restaurant and bar, at about 7:45 p.m.
First responders found Joan Horton, 39, inside the business. They took her to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead when she arrived.
