CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Police said a 45-year-old man has been found safe.
Allen Winters had not been seen since around 3:30 p.m. Monday after he walked away from his home on Laidlaw Avenue in Bond Hill. He frequents the Finneytown area, near where he used to live on Cotton Wood Drive.
Police feared Winters could be in danger as he did not have his medication with him and has memory problems. He was later found safe.
