CINCINNATI – The YWCA and SPCA came together for their sixth annual “Bark Out Against Battering” pet festival Saturday.
The event raised awareness of domestic abuse and animal abuse. According to the YWCA, the majority of women who report violence in their relationships also report that pets were abused.
