CINCINNATI — Police have arrested a second suspect in the October fatal shooting of a man in Avondale, according to Cincinnati police.

In November, police arrested 40-year-old Kenneth Harris. He is accused of shooting and killing Larrie Dubose Jr., 34, on Oct. 21 on Burnet Avenue near J&W Market. First responders transported Dubose to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he later died.

On Wednesday, police arrested 31-year-old David Roper II in connection with the case, and he too stands charged with murder.

Roper is currently lodged in the Hamilton County Justice Center awaiting a court date.

CPD's Homicide Unit continues to investigate, and anyone with information is asked to call (513) 352-3542.
