CINCINNATI -- A formation of Black Hawk helicopters was spotted over parts of the Tri-State on their way to and from Cincinnati Thursday.
Seven military helicopters flew to Lunken Airport to pick up Xavier Army ROTC cadets, according to Fred Anderton, the airport manager.
Anderton said they come once a year to pick up the cadets.
