OXFORD, Ohio - A former Miami University student is charged with stealing computers from the school’s technical support office, selling marijuana and making a sex tape of a woman without her permission, according to the Journal-News.

Jordan Benge, 20, of Eaton-Oxford Road, has been indicted by a Butler County grand jury for grand theft, trafficking in marijuana and voyeurism. Benge used to work at the MiTech Repair Center, which is part of the university’s IT department, according to Lt. Jim Bechtolt.

“He had been pilfering computers and parts,” Bechtolt said.

Three others were also charged with theft in connection with the stolen computers and parts, Bechtolt said. They are Dominic Debellis, 23, of Dublin, Ohio; Zackariah Rucker, 21, of Cincinnati and Mitchell Wilson, 30, of Englewood.

Police searched Benge's off-campus residence in Oxford and seized several computers and baggies of marijuana. A forensic examination of Benge’s computer turned up a video of Benge and a woman during a sexual encounter. The woman was unaware she was being filmed, Bechtolt said.

Benge no longer attends Miami, according to Claire Wagner, university spokesperson.

WCPO talked with Benge's mother in Preble County but she declined to comment except to say her son is a good kid who made some bad choices.

Debellis and Rucker have entered guilty pleas to reduced charges. Mitchell, who was indicted by a grand jury on seven counts of felony theft, is scheduled to go to trial on Feb. 22.
