PIERCE TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- Police Tuesday night requested the public’s help locating Jack Campbell, a missing 84-year-old man said to have dementia and high blood pressure.
According to police, Campbell left home Tuesday morning to visit family in Fort Wayne, Indiana. By 10 p.m., he had neither returned home nor made contact with his Indiana family members. He did not take his medication with him.
He left home driving a gold Toyota Avalon with Ohio license plate AIS6438.
Anyone who sees him or the vehicle should call Pierce Township police at 513-732-2231.
