CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio — One person is dead after a Sunday morning crash in Clermont County, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Timothy Bigler, 39, was traveling west on US 52 around 1:30 a.m. when his car traveled off the right side of the road and struck a utility pole. Bigler was pronounced dead at the scene.
OSHP said Bigler was not wearing a seat belt. Drugs or alcohol are not believed to be a factor in the wreck.
The Batavia Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
