NEW RICHMOND, Ohio – A 47-year-old New Richmond man was killed while towing his disabled vehicle Monday night, according to the Clermont County Sheriff's Office.
First responders found Terry L Kennedy trapped under his vehicle with serious head injuries at the Hilltop Estates Mobile Home Park on State Route 132.
Witnesses told deputies that Kennedy and another man were towing his vehicle when Kennedy became lodged under it and was dragged several hundred feet.
The Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office will review the case to to determine if criminal charges are warranted.
