BATAVIA, Ohio – A Clermont County man will spend 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to sexual activity with teenage children Friday.

Brett Davis, 40, pleaded guilty to four counts of sexual imposition and five counts of sexual battery, according to Clermont County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Scott O’Reilly.

In addition to the 25-year prison stint, Davis has been labeled a Tier III sex offender, which requires registration for life.

In November, Davis was indicted on numerous counts related to sexual activity with boys who spent the night at his home. The boys were as young as 8, O’Reilly previously said. The incidents occurred between 2007 and 2015.

“He was a parental figure for these kids in many respects," O'Reilly previously said.
