BATAVIA, Ohio -- Two motorcyclists were injured in a crash Friday afternoon, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Christopher Bingamon, 44, was driving a 2003 Yamaha westbound on Old SR-32 with Tammetha Bingamon, 47, riding as a passenger. Griffin Partin, 18, was driving a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse in the opposite direction on Old SR-32 and failed to yield when turning left into a private drive, according to the OSHP.

When Partin was turning, the motorcycle struck his car head-on, according to the OSHP. Both Bingamons were thrown from the motorcycle.

Neither of the Bingamons were wearing helmets at the time, according to the OSHP.

Christopher Bingamon was flown by Air Care to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Tammetha Bingamon was drive to UCMC.

Partin was not injured, according to the OSHP.
