WILDER, Ky. — Two motorcyclists killed in a crash with a tractor-trailer Sunday afternoon were identified Monday.
Wilder police said the motorcycle operator was 39-year-old Daniel Jordan of Mount Orab, Ohio, and his passenger was 35-year-old Kelly Boyer from Cincinnati.
Police responded shortly after 2:30 p.m. to the crash at KY-9 and the on-ramp to eastbound Interstate 275, according to a release. The motorcycle was heading south on KY-9 and the tractor-trailer was heading north. As the tractor-trailer turned left at the on-ramp, the motorcycle collided with the side of the trailer.
The investigation is on-going. Wilder police ask witnesses that have not provided a statement to contact them at 859-292-3622.
