DAYTON, Ky. — A woman was charged with manslaughter Friday in the Aug. 16 death of a 17-month-old child, according to a news release from the Dayton Police Department.
The child, Sean Buttery Jr., was discovered unresponsive inside a home on Fifth Avenue. He died hours later at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
Stacey Schuchart is being held on a $1 million bond in the Campbell County Jail. Her arraignment is set for Sept. 18.
