DAYTON, Ky. -- Police are looking for a missing man who recently suffered a stroke.
Joseph Marshall, 68, appeared to have driven a vehicle away against doctor's orders.
Marshall was supposed to be getting picked up by a family member to get a haircut in California, Kentucky.
Because Marshall suffered a stroke a few months back, he has issues with his speech and thinking clearly.
Marshall is 5'10" and 180 lbs., white with short gray hair and beard. The vehicle is a white four-door 2016 Chevrolet Cruze with Kentucky plate 6774GC.
