Police announced Monday night that 70-year-old Thomas Monaghan, whose disappearance from a West Chester gas station alarmed his family and authorities, was found safe hours later in Perrysburg, Ohio.
Monaghan had been traveling to Ontario with his son when the pair stopped at the Shell station on Union Center Boulevard. While the son was out of their car, Monaghan climbed back in and drove away.
