MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Judge Mark Wall of the Middletown Municipal Court probably had a "cardiovascular event" leading to a fall and head trauma, the Butler County Coroner's Office ruled Monday.
Wall's death was ruled an accident following an autopsy.
Wall, 70, was found dead Saturday night in his home at 300 S. Main Street, according to Middletown police.
Time of death was approximately 8:10 p.m., according to the autopsy report.
Police said a neighbor originally found him.
