PD: Drunken man runs over wife's legs with semi

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio – A woman was injured after jumping from the semi her husband was driving during an argument early Friday morning, according to a police report.

Angela Frost was flown to Miami Valley Hospital after she jumped from the truck and the trailer ran over her legs, according to the Middletown police report. The truck was driving at about 40 miles per hour at the time.

Her husband, Andrew Frost, told police they had been arguing and she had opened the door threatened to jump from the truck three times during the 2-mile drive from Hook Drive to Yankee Road. It was there that Angela jumped and the trailer hit her, according to the report.

When officers arrived at the scene at about 2:03 a.m., they found Andrew kneeling beside Angela, who was lying on the ground. She had visible injuries.

While speaking with Andrew Frost, an officer smelled the odor of alcohol on his breath and noticed he had bloodshot eyes and was unsteady on his feet, according to the report. The officer asked for his driver’s license.

“Andrew flipped through his wallet and was unable to locate his driver’s license, and at this time Andrew handed his entire wallet to [the officer],” police wrote in their report.

Police arrested Andrew Frost. He refused to take sobriety or breath tests. He was charged with OVI.
