MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Middletown police issued an endangered missing adult alert Tuesday night for an 88-year-old woman with dementia.
Eva Fuller left her residence on Yankee Road at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. She has not returned.
Fuller is black, 5'6" and 137 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown shirt, gray sweat pants and a gray hoodie.
Police asked anyone who sees Fuller to call 911 or 1-866-693-9171.
