MADISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- One man was transported by helicopter after a three-vehicle crash around 6 p.m. Thursday at Howe and Mosiman roads in Butler County, according to WCPO news partner The Journal-News.
The Madison Township Fire Department wrote on its Facebook page that the victim was one of their own firefighters who had been trapped in his vehicle with serious injuries.
"Please keep our brother, his family and our department in your prayers," the fire department wrote on Facebook.
