HAMILTON, Ohio — The Butler County coroner on Tuesday identified the man hit and killed by a driver last week.
A driver hit and killed 48-year-old Troy Devale Simmons at about 5:45 a.m. on Friday as he was crossing Witt Way.
Witt Way is near railroad tracks and behind the McDonald’s on High Street and Martin King Jr. Boulevard (Route 127).
The crash remains under investigation, according to Sgt. Rich Burkhardt. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
