HAMILTON, Ohio -- Hamilton police nabbed an notorious (and seasonal) criminal just in time for Christmas; a "Grinch" was caught in the act of stealing the department's decorative reindeer, but was "apprehended" by Hamilton police officer Ryan Beckelhymer.

The post was complete with police jargon -- "at approximately 0300 hours...individual known as The Grinch...arrested for breaking and entering and grand theft reindeer."
According to the post, The Grinch is in a Hamilton holding cell but will be remanded to Whoville PD custody.
