HAMILTON, Ohio — A man was shot to death early Tuesday morning on Charlton Court, police announced Wednesday afternoon.
Officers responding to reports of a shooting around 12:15 a.m. found Darrian Keneal Shamel, 22, injured. He died soon after at Fort Hamilton Hospital.
