REILY TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A driver was killed when his truck hit a utility pole early Saturday.
Shannon Yeager, 49, was driving a Nissan pickup truck westbound on Stillwell Beckett Road at about 3 a.m. when he ran off the left side of the road and hit a pole, according to Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones.
Yeager was declared dead at the scene.
Authorities didn't immediately provide any other details about the circumstances of the crash.
