Nursing home worker indicted for rape

GEORGETOWN, Ohio – A nursing home worker has been indicted for the rape of a co-worker, the Brown County Sheriff's Office says

Newman Powih, who worked at Locust Ridge Nursing Home, is also charged with abduction and gross sexual imposition. He was arrested May 21.

Powih, of Hillsboro, Ohio, is held at the Butler County Correctional Institute on a $100,000 bond.
