MOUNT ORAB, Ohio — Missy Tully of Brown County is all too familiar with the impact of heroin addiction. While not an addict herself, for years she felt with her son’s addiction.

Now that her son is in recovery, she still knows many families have gone through her same struggle. In her search for help, Tully decided to form a support group at her church, to help those dealing with loved one’s addiction to the drug that has swept the Tri-State over the last few years.
