COVINGTON, Ky. -- A Florence man was sentenced to 15 months in prison for tax evasion, officials announced Thursday.
John Daniels will also have three years of supervised release after he finishes his prison sentence and will have to pay $47,684 in restitution to the Internal Revenue Service.
Daniels was convicted of two counts of tax evasion for failing to file taxes in 2011 and 2012 and diverting cash out of his business.
